Door plates, made to your spec.
Door plates are what we make today. One plate carries a room name and, if you use them, a reference number - set in your own colours and typeface, and repeated across the whole building without anybody re-drawing it.
The door plate
300 x 120 x 4 mm as standard, with 8 mm rounded corners and four countersunk fixing holes. In the designer you can set any plate between 30 mm and 300 mm on each side - a small plate for a riser cupboard and a long one for a suite come off the same room list, in the same finish.
The lettering is not printed on the surface - it is built up in layers as part of the plate, so it will not peel, scuff off or fade with cleaning.
What goes on a plate
- Room name - sized to fit the plate automatically, so a long name still reads.
- Reference - the number from your schedule, set small and out of the way.
- Your colours - plate and lettering from the finishes we print in.
- Your typeface - locked at project level so nobody wanders off spec.
